Ahhh... it's so hard to live in Houston... and get to go on FUN ADVENTURES! Who wants to go on a road trip??





Especially thru and past all of BFE Louisiana and the factories??

And... look who's really busy and important???



Nah... it's Lance is talking to his buddy (Steve) who grew up in New Orleans! We are about to STOP on the side of the highway (!!) to wait for another buddy (Eric) to catch up with us. Please note - that as we're stopped on the side of the highway - Steve is standing on the road side of Baby Truck talking to Lance... basically about the weather.

As we sit there, nice Mr. Policeman pulls up behind us. GREAT - I think. He was actually very nice and just asked if we'd had an accident... we said no and he was on his merry way (after another car with his lights and sirens on).

We made it to the French Quarter!

I loved being in a place that I had walked thru only 8 years earlier with my Pops... what a great feeling!

You might ask... do you get to drink in New Orleans if you're from Texas?

Ah - yes, and where do you get these horendous beers? THE HUGE BEER STORE. he he

We had a wonderful time...

We will be going back with Marissa Ferris in March... so look out!
